An emerging enterprise AI enablement effort focused on building internal curriculum, practical adoption resources, and scalable learning support.

AI Literacy + Adoption

Business Challenge

Employees are increasingly interested in using AI tools, but many need clearer guidance on how to use them responsibly, effectively, and in ways that connect to real work. The initiative is still growing, which makes curriculum planning and adoption strategy especially important.

My Role

I am helping build the enterprise AI learning foundation through internal curriculum development, practical demonstrations, and enablement resources. This includes shaping learning content internally while also supporting broader development pathways through Udemy.

Solution

Developed a growing set of learning resources focused on practical AI use cases such as writing, research, prompt design, and knowledge exploration. The work currently includes curriculum planning, video demonstrations, and resource design that can scale as the program matures.

Epic Workflow Change + Upgrade Training

Enterprise training and change support built for a major workflow shift and broader system upgrade readiness.

System Adoption + Upgrade Support

Business Challenge

Employees needed support through a major workflow change that moved them out of aVPN and application-based access into a local desktop and browser-based experience. In parallel, users also needed training and communication support for Epic upgrades and modernized screens.

My Role

I created learning and change support artifacts that helped users navigate the workflow transition and understand upcoming upgrade changes. The work included a WBT, training videos, QRGs, and storyboarded upgrade communications.

Solution

Designed blended support resources that combined web-based training, training documentation, upgrade-focused video assets, and concise reference materials employees could use before, during, and after change adoption.

HUB Start New Business Learning

Workflow-based onboarding learning designed to help new employees build confidence in key new business tasks early in role ramp-up.

Onboarding + Enablement

Business Challenge

New employees needed structured onboarding support for core new business workflows. Early learning needed to be clear, practical, and easy to reference so learners could build confidence quickly in high-importance tasks.

My Role

I designed onboarding learning experiences that included one WBT and two vILTs as part of the broader onboarding curriculum. These assets were created to guide employees through key workflows and support early task confidence.

Solution

Built a focused set of onboarding learning assets that support new business processes through interactive self-paced learning and virtual instructor-led training. The curriculum can expand over time, but the current showcase reflects the modules I personally created.
